How Ordering Works: From Your Logo to Your Door

If you have never ordered promotional products before, the process can seem like a black box. It is simpler than it looks, and you stay in control the whole way. Here is what happens when you order from us.

1. Pick your product and add your logo

Choose a product, pick your colors and quantity, and upload your logo. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI and EPS files. If you do not have your artwork handy, you can email it to us afterward. Tell us where you want the logo, in plain words — that is enough for us to start.

You can check out as a guest; no password is needed. If you have a date the items need to be in hand, enter it at checkout and we will confirm whether we can make it when we send your proof.

2. We send you a free e-proof

Every order comes with a free e-proof: a picture of exactly how your order will look, with your logo on the actual product. Look it over carefully — spelling, colors, placement. If something is not right, tell us before you approve it.

Nothing goes to press until you approve that proof. That is the single most important step, and it is there to protect you from surprises.

3. Approve, pay, and we handle the rest

We collect payment together with your approved proof, so you are not charged before you have seen exactly what you are getting. Shipping options and timing are sent with your proof too, so you choose shipping once you know the details — you will not be charged shipping at checkout.

Production begins once you approve. From there, we manage printing and shipping. One thing to know: once you have approved your proof and production has started, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled, which is why the proof step matters.
