Last updated: July 2026. These are the terms for ordering custom promotional products from bicpens.com.
Custom orders and your proof
Everything we make is customized with your logo. Before we print anything, we email you a free e-proof — a picture of exactly how your order will look. Nothing goes to press until you approve that proof. Please review it carefully; once you approve, production begins.
Pricing
Prices shown are all-inclusive for the quantities listed — no hidden setup or delivery fees on the products where we say so. Quantity price breaks are shown on each product. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.
Your artwork and rights
When you upload a logo or artwork, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you allow us to reproduce it on your order. You keep all rights to your artwork; we use it only to produce your job.
Turnaround and delivery
We take your deadline seriously — give us your in-hands date and we’ll tell you what’s possible. Production time starts after you approve your proof. Shipping options and timing are sent with your proof.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Because every order is custom-printed with your logo, orders generally can’t be changed or cancelled once you’ve approved your proof and production has started. If something arrives wrong or defective, tell us and we’ll make it right — that’s the promise the family has stood behind for 50 years.
Payment
Card payments are handled securely by Stripe. Depending on your order, we may collect payment at checkout or together with your approved proof.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
